Minimum Order
The Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) are indicated against each product in the catalog. These quantities are for one style in one finish only.
The Minimum Order Value is US$ 5000
Prices
All prices are quoted FOB Indian Port unless otherwise specifically stated
on the catalog.
Payment Terms
New Orders need 25% advance and balance on faxing the pre shipment documents
or an irrevocable L/C from a prime bank.
Payments can be made through Wire Transfer.
Shipment Terms
All shipments are normally sent through the Delhi ICD dry port.
Our responsibility for delivery is limited to handing it over to the shipping line
at Delhi.
If you have a nominated forwarder in India, any extra charges charged by the forwarder
over the normal charges paid by us, will have to be borne by you.
Delivery Period
Normally the lead-time for the 1st order is 90 days and for all subsequent
orders between 60-90 days.
Packaging
All products are offered in the standard packaging of the product. The
packaging is indicated on each product in the catalog in the format In/Mid/Out
or In/Out where applicable.
IN - Number of pieces in the Inner Box
MID - Number of pieces in the shippable carton
OUT - Number of pieces in the master carton
The MID quantities facilitate shipping smaller quantities to your final customers
without having to repack or open boxes.
All products can have UPC barcodes on them. Please advise if you have a need them
or have a special requirement. We normally use UPC-A format.
Standard Packing
Tassels, Tiebacks are packed with a header card or backer card.
Trimmings are packed on rectangular plastic spools with a label.
Soft Goods (Fabric made-up items) are packed in poly bag with wash care instructions.
Curtain Rods & accessories are packed in boxes with 1 color printing or poly
bag with header cards.
Ribbons are packed on cardboard spools.
Christmas Ornaments are packed in poly bag with a header card
Torches are packed in boxes or pallets.
All other hard goods are packed in brown boxes.
Special Packaging
Special packaging using your own design can be offered for large quantities
only.
Exclusivity
We do not offer exclusivity for products already existing in our range.
We can offer exclusivity on new products developed specially for you if you are
willing to pay for the development & the tooling cost.
How To Order
Please select the products and email or fax us the item codes, the finish
codes , the quantity & prices.
We will send you a performa invoice immediately and the order can be confirmed.
Insurance
All shipments are insured till the point of handling over to the shipping line.
We advise to please insure shipments from thereon.
New Product Development
We have a big design team and will develop new products exclusively for you. You
will have to bear the development & the tooling cost.
Samples
We can only send product samples when an order is confirmed. The courier
charges & the cost of samples will have to borne by you.
